Gustavo Saposnik, MD current affiliations include Associate Professor of Medicine (Neurology), University of Toronto; Staff Neurologist, St. Michael’s Hospital; Director of the Stroke Outcomes Research Center, Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute; and he holds cross appointments at the Institute of Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES) and at Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation. He obtained his MD at University of Buenos Aires and MSc in clinical effectiveness at Harvard School of Public Health and University of Buenos Aires. His research focus is stroke outcomes research, including three levels of intervention: Acute stroke care, stroke prevention and stroke rehabilitation.
