Clinical Assessment Platform

A thorough clinical picture of study participants ensures that they meet study inclusion criteria and enables comparison within and between disease groups.

ONDRI protocol

The ONDRI clinical assessment platform incorporates demographic data, disease-specific history, medications, vital signs, lab assessments, and a brief cognitive screen. Disease-specific measures using validated questionnaires are also collected.

Some measures require the help of clinic staff to complete and others are self-reported.

Common data elements

ONDRI’s clinical platform includes assessment measures that are common across all the Ontario Brain Institute (OBI)’s Integrated Discovery Programs including: medical history, measures of sleep quality, quality of life, disability, mood, and other factors.
