The ​CSBPR for Mood, Cognition and Fatigue following Stroke focuses on the management of people who have already had an initial stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA) and apply across the whole continuum of care and range of care settings.

ONDRI’s very own, Dr. Richard H Swartz (ONDRI Lead) and Patrice Lindsay (Director of Systems Change and Stroke Program, Heart & Stroke) were instrumental in the creation of these guidelines. The revised ​CSBPR for Mood, Cognition and Fatigue following Stroke​ have been published in the International Journal of Stroke and are part of the sixth edition of the Heart & Stroke Canadian Best Practice Recommendations.
