ONDRI Researchers Proud to Contribute to the 5th CCCDTD Guidelines

Since 1989, the Canadian Consensus Conferences on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia (CCCDTD) have provided evidence-based dementia guidelines for Canadian clinicians and researchers.

As recently published in Alzheimer’s & Dementia, the journal of the Alzheimer’s Association, a steering committee was convened in October 2019 to reflect advances in the field and build on previous guidelines.  Topics range from updating diagnostic criteria for vascular cognitive impairment and its management, to deprescription of medications used to treat dementia, and many more.   ONDRI researchers are proud to have contributed to this important effort, along with many other colleagues in the field.
